More about cats lost in 2007

c1995 Willow was let out late at night and didnt come back in the morning, and has been missing since. She is the bengal, the photo is of her and her companion siamese Pyewacket who is still pining for her. Willow is very nosey and invites herself into peoples houses and cars so its possible she may have travelled a long way from us. She is friendly but wary of strangers though is greedy so will do anything for food. She also has a very loud meow.

c2238 My 9 year old, ginger male cat, called Barney Short hair, Marbled Ginger, some cream markings Ringed / striped tail. No Collar or Microchip. Last seen 26th August, around the Wharton Drive/ Acorn Road area of North Walsham, Norfolk. Moved to new house and Barney ran out of house in fear, thought then to not be able to find his way home. Previously lived in the NR28 area Please report any news of our much loved pet.

c2288 Bill has been missing since 4th Oct.2007.from Cobham near Gravesend in Kent. She is very much missed and loved by the whole family and is spayed and microchipped and has been reported missing. Bill is a nervous and not particularly friendly cat unless she wants to be your friend

She is deeply missed by everyone.

c2365 Have you seen, adopted or are feeding our 11 year old ginger, neutered tom cat called Rupert. We still feel he could be somewhere in the area around Redlynch in South Wiltshire, especially if he is being fed. Rupert is a big cat with thick hair; he has a white chin, bib, paws (front), socks (back) and underbelly. He is also a very friendly cat and was quite fit and healthy for his age.  He doesn't normally go wandering off as he was a very homely cat liking his home comforts. We just haven't been able to make contact with anyone who may know of his whereabouts.

c2359 Twiggy is black all over with tiny brown patches on her, on one of her ears she has a bite out of it where she had a scrap with another cat when she was younger,  she doesn't have a fluffy tail, green & yellow eyes with brown specks in them. She is short haired and was very loving before she went missing from Birmingham B36 She used to stress lick so possible stress licking marks on her sides or down her legs.

c2380 My cat Sid went missing this time last year (May '07) from my cottage in Woodbury (East Devon). He would be 2 years old this July, was not microchipped and did not have a collar. He was neutered and very attached to home! I've recently moved away from the village so would not be around to know if he returned.

c2382 Sorcha is a 3-year old spayed Egyptian Mau – built long and lean like a cheetah. She is silver with dark grey spots and vivid green eyes. She has a pronounced kink in her tail and a rip in her left ear that has closed up so that it looks like a pierced ear. She disappeared from our home in Highbury, North London at the very end of July, 2007. We believe she was stolen by a neighbour, and has been in his possession until May 2008, when he went into hospital and consequently tried to rehome between 8 and 10 cats. She is very curious, affectionate and friendly to everyone, and we miss her desperately.

c2457 This is our black cat, Sooty. He's a wonderful, friendly cat (despite his huge figure) and he just loves attention and isn't afraid of strangers. He's 8 yrs old, black all over except for a a few white stray hairs on his chest and is very vocal. Sooty also has a brownish fleck in his left eye. He's a lovely boy and he's been missing since September 2007 from Pershore WR10, so if anyone recognises him, don't hesitate to get in touch. Sooty is neutered and chipped

c2537 Sukie went missing in October 2007 in the Wyre Forest area. She is a black, short haired cat with green eyes and a short tale. . She is average weight and has soft black fur where the black fur is fading slightly on her chest.Its been nearly a year and we're still looking for her, without any success. Please could you help us.

c2569 Pishi has been missing since april 2007. We were moving so my boyfriend gave her to a friend to keep for a few days in Wembley but he ended up passing her onto his girlfriend/friend in NW London, she let her out and since then she has been missing I She is a female, not chipped, neutered. Around 2 years of age.Was wearing a collar black with a fish charm on which I had written her name Pishi.  She is a tortoiseshell cat, with main white body and orange/brown markings. Brown tail, distinct brown marking on left side of chin/mouth.Her left eye area is orange, whilst her right eye area is brown and her nose area is white.  She is too friendly and very affectionate, she approaches everyone. c2029 Hi, Sebby has been missing since 30th August 2007. He is an extremely friendly neutered silver and white tabby. He has a half-white half-black nose. He cannot mew very well but he purrs like a tractor! He loves sleeping, fusses, play-fighting and he especially loves charging around like a lunatic.. We have a big garden and he was running around that in one of his really silly moods when he went missing very suddenly. We live in a small village just outside Glastonbury. A lot of people very kindly helped me to make posters and search for him. Unfortunately it looked like he had just disappeared into thin air. His sister Bou still misses him badly. His other sister Bertie was found dead outside the garden gate just 9 months before, our older cat Bob died of old age and Bou is now left all on her own. I have attached a couple of pictures of him. He's a handsome beastie. More

c2608 Louis is 6 years old, long haired black bush tailed tom cat, he has some slight auburn coloured flecks run through his bib and back hair. He is microchipped. He is nervous and will probably run if approached but a very loud vocal boy if his name is called. He has been missing since 8th November 2007 from Tweedmouth, Berwick upon Tweed, Northumberland.

c3247 Mauzel has been missing since circa May 2007 from Lancaster. Disappeared after I inherited a neighbour’s cat temporarily although he had lived with us and his sibling Pookie for 6 years. Mauzel is half Burmilla and half moggy. So very lean, short haired with pronounced facial features. He has a tendency to wander (and therefore mishaps) and during the summer months was often found on or in the vicinity of the cycle path on Caton Road which leads to Halton near Lancaster. Entirely black with a few white specks. An old leg injury to left hock left it balding. Very friendly and vocal and not frightened of people/strangers. We all miss him terribly.
